Produced from select parcels of premium hand harvested fruit. Barrel matured, the wine is a vibrant ruby colour and features a crimson hue. Aromatics of fresh strawberry and raspberry are complemented by notes of Christmas spices and subtle toasted oak. The elegant palate displays ripe red cherry fruit, fresh acidity and fine-grained tannins that provide lovely structure and length.
