Dark ruby in colour. Enticing aromatics of ripe blackcurrant and raspberry with savoury notes of rosemary, clove and bay leaf.  The palate displays both power and grace. Concentrated cassis and vibrant redcurrant fruits are complemented by subtle notes of mocha and vanilla bean.  The mouthfeel is satin-like and textural tannins provide an elegant structure.

Produced from select parcels of the highest grade fruit.  Matured in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 16 months.

Wine is released in a limited volume of 750mL and 1,500mL magnum bottles.
