Produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown on blocks 2a and 2b of our Estate. The wine is a vibrant straw colour. Aromatics of melon, white peach, pear and mandarin are complemented by notes of savoury oak.   The palate is elegant and mouth filling, with a lovely texture from extended ageing on lees in high quality French oak.  The wine displays good length and the finish is fresh and moreish.
