Yarrawood Tall Tales 2020 Sauvignon Blanc 750mL
Produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown on blocks 6a and 6b of our Estate. The wine is a bright straw colour with a pale green hue. Alluring aromatics of gooseberry and passionfruit are accompanied by notes of vanilla pod spice. Fermentation in French oak barrels and time on lees has given rise to a textured, luscious mouthfeel. Melon, lime, fresh snow pea and subtle oak spice fill the palate and zesty grapefruit provides for a refreshing finish.
