Produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown on blocks 2a and 2b of our Estate.  The wine is a vibrant straw colour with a green hue.  Aromatics of white peach and nectarine are complemented by notes of savoury oak.   The fruit and oak continue onto the palate that features fresh acidity and displays excellent balance and length. Extended time on lees and maturation in high quality French oak barrels provides lovely texture and complexity.
