Enticing aromatics of sweet boysenberry and blackcurrant fruits are accompanied by savoury notes of fresh baked sourdough, hazelnuts and white pepper.  On the palate there are rich offerings of blackcurrant and dark plums with nuances of toasted oak, chocolate and cumin spice.  Underpinning the fruit is a graceful tannin structure that provides great length and balance.
