| 2008 SAUVIGNON BLANC |
SOLD OUT |
The 2008 Sauvignon Blanc was harvested from block 6a on our estate. The fruit was crushed and pressed and fermentation was at 12 degrees. Bottling immediately followed in May of 2008 to ensure the full freshness of the wine was captured. The wine is a light lemon colour with green hues. Aromas of lime, lychee, and citrus abound. The palate is full and generous with a crisp acidity.

Not too tart for tomato, not too passiony for prosciutto, but bright enough to liven a choko. Just kidding, nothing livens a choko, but its pretty good with everything else".
