A Mixed case of Yarrawood Estate Tall Tales white wines. Included is three bottles of:
Barrel matured Yarrawood 2005 Chardonnay is a pale lemon colour with flecks of gold. Cashew, poached pear, melon and honey aromas abound. The palate is of mandarin and melon, and is nicely rounded with vanilla and nutty nuances that further add complexity.

Yarrawood 2008 Sauvignon Blanc - harvested from block 6a on our estate. The fruit was crushed and pressed and fermentation was at 12 degrees. Bottling immediately followed in May of 2008 to ensure the full freshness of the wine was captured. The wine is a light lemon colour with green hues. Aromas of lime, lychee, and citrus abound. The palate is full and generous with a crisp acidity.

The Daily Examiner (Grafton) - Weekend Edition September 20-21, 2008 - Food and Wine "Grape Expectations": Max Crus - 8.4 / 10 : "Great Dinner prep wine. Not too tart for tomato, not too passiony for prosciutto, but bright enough to liven a choko. Just kidding, nothing livens a choko, but its pretty good with everything else".
The Autumn Harvest 2007 Riesling - handpicked from block 5 on our estate. The wine is a pale lemon colour with a hint of green. The nose is dominated by citrus and has some floral characters. The palate is quite delicate with a wonderful grape sweetness and crisp acidity.

Review: The Daily Examiner (Grafton) - Saturday 14th of February 2009 - Food and Wine. "Grape Expectations": Max Crus - 8.5 / 10.
The 2009 Verdelho - hand harvested, and the fruit was loaded directly into the press and only a very light press cycle was used. The wine is a straw colour. The nose is fresh and inviting with pineapple, melon and fruit salad aromas and some spice and honey. The tropical fruit continues on the palate, with a well rounded mouth feel and a soft finish.
