The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from blocks 1a and 1b on our estate. The wine is a deep crimson colour. On the nose there is ripe blackberry fruit with bramble and spice nuances. The palate is rich and generous with dark berry fruits, great structure and fine tannins. In the background there is savoury French oak from partial barrel maturation.
