The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is dark red in colour with a
crimson hue. There are lifted aromas of blackberry, spice and mocha. The palate exhibits fruitcake and fresh berry fruits, and mocha and coffee characters add complexity. Firm tannins give the wine structure, while a hint of oak from partial barrel maturation brings a sweet spicy finish to the wine.
