The 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon was harvested from select parcels of fruit grown on blocks 1a and 1b of our Estate. The wine is barrel matured and is a deep crimson colour. The nose displays rich and complex aromatics of sweet blackcurrants, vanillin oak and savoury notes of briar and spice. The generous palate is loaded with blackberry fruit, fine tannins and a firm yet supple structure.
