The Cabernet Merlot is produced from select parcels of premium fruit grown on blocks 1 & 3 of our Estate. The wine is barrel matured and is a deep red in colour with a crimson hue. There are aromas of blackcurrant, fruitcake, spice and black olive with notes of cedar. Hints of tobacco, clove and toasted oak complement the generous palate of red berry and purple fruits. A fine tannin structure runs the length of the wine.
