Harvested on the last day of March 2010, from fruit on block 5 on our Estate. The resulting wine is a pale gold colour with aromas of lemon and lime and a hint of apricot jam with notes of golden syrup. On the palate citrus blossom, candied citrus peel and honeysuckle abound. The wine finishes with a delicate balance of late harvest characters, sweetness and citrus acidity
